She needs a lot of attention and care, so it’s always stressful trusting someone new with her. But Fetch Daycare completely exceeded my expectations. They took such good care of her, and I could tell she was genuinely happy and comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was the daily report card—they sent pictures along with a couple of paragraphs about how her day went. That meant so much to me because it gave me peace of mind and made me feel connected to her even while I was away. It’s clear they truly care about the dogs and treat them like their own. I’ll definitely be bringing her back again and would highly recommend them to anyone who feels anxious about leaving their dog overnight.

We're new to FETCH Daycare and Overnight. We brought our Airedale Terrier, Elio, in for daycare, and he absolutely loved playing in their spacious and connected outdoor/indoor spaces. In addition, the staff provided meticulous notes of his first day with them and, most impressively, even noted the names of other dogs that Elio made friends with. FETCH's staff's thoughtful attention to his demeanor and mood throughout his first day in their care has convinced us that we will certainly be back. Thanks again to Alexis and Kami. We recently brought our other Airedale Hugo, who is 13 years old. The staff quickly caught on that Hugo is an independent type who is partial to observing the action around him and to receiving pets from humans. I notified the staff he may need extra breaks and quiet time away from the other pups. They assured me they have lots of other older dogs and that he would be well looked after and provided with a space to rest. It was such a comfort to me knowing how accommodating FETCH's staff is of the needs of older dogs like Hugo. When I picked him, I can tell without a doubt that he had a blast. Thanks again!

The staff are always so friendly and very attentive to each dog they care for. They always communicate with us if they have any concerns that come up during daycare or boarding. The staff truly does treat every dog like a guest in their own home, and you can tell they genuinely care the moment you walk in.I use fetch for both daycare and overnight boarding. Booking is always simple and dependable, whether I’m planning ahead or scrambling last minute. They communicate well, they notice the small things, and I always feel completely comfortable leaving my dog with them for longer stays. The place is clean, safe, and organized. The indoor play space is big, and the covered outdoor area is a huge plus, especially for dogs that need regular outdoor time. I also really like that they have certified trainers and staff trained in K9 CPR. It gives me real peace of mind every time I travel. Skippy always comes home happy, tired, and excited to go back.
