I brought my pup here for about 12 sessions. On about the 6-7 when I brought her home I noticed she had a huge gash under her eye. I was never notified. On the last time I brought her home from here, she had a massive split in her ear. I was never notified by the staff. The fact that none of this was cleaned up at the facility and the staff did not notify me points to too many dogs, not enough staff. These things shouldn’t go unnoticed.
Since the last incident my dog has never been the same. She is more anxious and aggressive. I wish I wouldn’t have brought her to fetch.
